FAQs

  • The total price of $280,000 includes everything for your home to be move-in ready, including concrete slab foundation and appliances.
    The price does not include: permits, land, other types of foundation, mortgage closing costs and taxes (if any apply).

  • It begins with a reservation. When your order is closer to production, we will contact you to record your preferred customizations. A 10% deposit will be due at this phase. Our team will work with you to choose one of our existing sites, or plan/develop your own site. Once the home is manufactured, it will be delivered to the site and assembled there and be ready to move in.

  • Neolithic homes are built out of the most sustainable materials available on the market that traditional homes are built with.

  • Site plans will need to be submitted to the city as well as building permits requested, just like with a traditional home. Our experienced team will guide you through this process.

  • Delivery and assembly will be done by Neolithic team.

  • 2024 orders are expected to be ready to deliver within 3 months after the initial 10% deposit has been paid. Assembly and closing date are dependent on multiple outside factors. Just assembly should take 3-5 days.

  • Neolithic will offer exclusive financing for our customers, through a third party private lender. Neolithic also works with lender of your preferred choice.

  • In most cases a concrete slab foundation will be sufficient for our homes. When other type of foundation is needed, our home will be adapted for it.

  • We currently don’t offer regular tours at our facility but if you want to come and see how your home is being made, we’d be happy to invite you over.
